Waiver

All guests are required to complete our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the "Waiver").

BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT YOU WILL WAIVE OR GIVE UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF THE OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT OR CLAIM COMPENSATION FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENT

All guests must sign a digital copy as part of the booking process prior to making their final payment AND a paper copy of the same Waiver upon arrival to Mica Lodge. The digital signature acknowledges you have read and agreed to the Waiver.
