STEP 1: Waiver

Please review our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the "Waiver"). No digital signature is required at this time, however, you will be required to sign Mica Heli's 2025/26 Waiver at the time of final payment. 

All guests must sign a current digital Waiver at the time of final payment AND a paper copy of the same Waiver upon arrival at Mica for your tour.
