review & Sign Waiver

All guests are required to complete our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the "Waiver"). 

BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT YOU WILL WAIVE OR GIVE UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF THE OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT OR CLAIM COMPENSATION FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENT

All guests will also be required to sign a paper copy of the same Waiver upon arrival at Mica.

If you cannot read and understand the Waiver in English, please notify us and we will provide a version in your preferred language.

When you select the Waiver button, you will be asked to enter your email address and our digital Waiver will be delivered to your inbox. Please proceed immediately to your email to review and complete the Waiver, then return to this page to submit final payment and finalize your reservation.  You will receive a confirmation email when your Waiver has been submitted.
