One thing about classics is that they never go out of style, and they are always enjoyable. That is certainly true of our Classic Tour here at Mica Heli Guides. This is the program that made us famous the world over. The key is that we only offer small group tours. By keeping things small, around three to four people, you get the best heli skiing has to offer. You won't be waiting on other people or groups to finish the run, which means you'll get more vertical. Because it's just you and your friends or family, it also means that you'll get a tour custom tailored to your group's desires. Only want to go exploring through the trees? Not to worry, we've got plenty of that. Or if your group is more of the adrenaline junky type, then you can stick with the big mountains as long as you can take it.

One of the biggest reasons to take a helicopter into the backcountry is to skip the lines and wait. However, with many operators out there, you don't necessarily save that much time due to how long it takes for the heli to reach the ski area. That isn't the case for us. We built our beautiful mountain lodge right on our tenure. Not only does this offer our guests the magnificent peace and serenity of the alpine wilderness (our lodge is perched above the Kinbasket Lake around 1150 meters above sea level). Not only is this an amazing place to stay, we keep the helicopter there as well. This means you only have to walk from your room to the helicopter and we're off. Some of our best runs are a mere two minute flight time away.

That puts you right near the action, and has the extra benefit of letting you ski your way to the lodge at the end of the day.
